Data Scientist/ AI Engineer (Gen AI | LLM)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist/ AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and emerging experience in Generative AI. This role focuses on building intelligent systems using LLMs, solving real business problems, and translating technical solutions into clear business outcomes.

You will work across ML, Gen AI, and business problem-solving to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python skills (mandatory)
• Experience with GitHub / Git
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals:
  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
  • Feature Engineering
  • Model training, testing, and evaluation
• Experience with Large Language Models:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Context Engineering
  • LLM Guardrails
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Databricks

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with MLOps (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring)
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
