Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML development, orchestration, or ITSM automation.
• Prior work in regulated enterprise environments (banking, government, or multilateral organizations).
• Exposure to AI governance and compliance frameworks.
• Agentic Platforms: Hands‑on experience with Workato, AWS Bedrock Agents, Claude Agentic Orchestration, Digitalnet.ai, Serval, Atomic Work, Harmony.ai, and Leena.ai.
• Cloud & Integration: Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Data Preparation: Expertise in data wrangling, feature engineering, and synthetic data generation.
• Governance Tools: Familiarity with Credo.AI or similar AI governance frameworks.
• ITSM Knowledge: Understanding of incident management, service requests, and change management workflows.
• Security & Compliance: IAM/RBAC, audit logging, and regulatory alignment (GDPR, RBI, ISO standards).
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder communication, vendor engagement, and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Design

  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Design sandbox architectures and integration flows across hybrid cloud environments (Azure + AWS).

• Development & Implementation

  • Build and configure using Workato, AWS Bedrock Agents, Claude, and Digitalnet.ai for orchestration.
  • Implement ITSM automation workflows using Serval, Atomic Work, Harmony.ai, and Leena.ai.
  • Perform data wrangling (collection, cleaning, transformation, integration) for datasets.

• Testing & Validation

  • Conduct functional, security, and scalability testing.
  • Validate vendor claims against observed tool performance.

• Governance & Compliance

  • Integrate with Credo.AI for policy enforcement, explainability, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure RBAC/IAM alignment across all agentic workflows
