Agentic Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Agentic Engineer to enhance and deploy production-grade AI agents in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on Python-based agent development, LLM optimization, context engineering, and scalable deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Jira tasks and deliver against daily priorities
• Build, test, refactor, and deploy AI agent features
• Collaborate with SMEs to design scalable agentic solutions
• Debug, evaluate, and optimize agent performance and reliability
• Stay current on Agentic AI trends, frameworks, and enterprise best practices

Core Technologies

• Python, Langfuse, OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
• MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Claude Code or equivalent AI coding agents

Must Have

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering
• Strong Python and system performance expertise (concurrency, memory, bottlenecks)
• Proven production experience building and evaluating AI agents
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, and context engineering

Nice to Have

• Cybersecurity tools experience
• LangGraph, AutoGen, Claude SDK, or custom agent frameworks
