The Specialist, Artificial Intelligence, will be accountable for driving AI adoption and creating measurable value across the organization. You will collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business units to identify AI use cases and deploy effective solutions.

Your role will also include fostering a culture of AI literacy through workshops, coaching, and materials for various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business goals
• Develop AI solutions including chatbots and embedded workflows
• Coordinate solution life cycles including prototyping and testing
• Evaluate AI tools and platforms for long-term strategy
• Lead training sessions to enable AI adoption

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in AI-enabled solutions
• Experience in cloud services, preferably Azure
• Strong knowledge of AI patterns and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
