Artificial Intelligence Specialist(AI team member)

Position Summary & Scope

We are looking for an AI / Analytics Specialist to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across business functions. The role will work on projects related to process automation, pricing intelligence, forecasting, analytics, and workflow optimization. The person will work closely with business teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to convert business problems into practical AI solutions.

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

• Support development and implementation of AI/ML and automation projects across business functions
• Work on use cases involving process automation, predictive analytics, pricing, workflow efficiency, and business intelligence
• Understand business requirements and translate them into data, logic, and AI solution workflows
• Prepare, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for model building and automation projects
• Assist in building prototypes, dashboards, models, and internal tools for business users
• Support UAT, validation, deployment, and post-go-live monitoring of AI solutions
• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams for smooth project execution
• Track project progress, document outputs, and ensure solutions are scalable and usable
• Continuously identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, reduce manual effort, or enhance decision-making

Educational Qualifications, Experience

Graduate/MBA/MCA or any equivalent degree- 3 years to 5 years
