We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced Technical Team Lead having 5+ years of experience in managing application development teams with hands-on coding expertise to join our Hyderabad team and contribute to our cutting-edge government solutions. The ideal candidate shall have strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and team building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React, SQL Server and related technologies.
  • Manage teams of developers and architects by providing direction, mentorship, and support, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Assist in resolving complex technical challenges and application performance tuning.
  • Help migrate data from archival systems to web-based applications.
  • Define project plans, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Work with testing, support, and deployment teams and manage trouble reports from customer base.
  • Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behaviour.
  • Be a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions for local governments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech / M.Tech.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as Technical Team Lead.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in software application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with React.js and Node.js would be a plus.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with GIS technologies like ESRI ArcMap would be an added advantage.
  • Good to have experience with AI module development and machine learning integration.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with several architectural frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
