We’re looking for a consultative, high-impact sales professional who understands that real success comes from relationships, not transactions. Someone who can walk into a room of HR leaders or CXOs, understand their culture challenges, and translate them into meaningful engagement solutions.
This role is about storytelling, solutioning, and trust-building—because 90% of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultative Selling (Not Cold Selling) • Engage with HR leaders, L&D heads, and CXOs to deeply understand their organizational challenges • Ask the right questions to uncover gaps in team alignment, engagement, and culture • Position TAB as a thought partner, not a vendor
2. Solutioning with Impact • Co-create tailored engagement solutions—ranging from high-energy team building programs to global offsites and conferences • Work closely with internal teams to craft experiences that deliver both “wow” and business outcomes • Present ideas in a way that connects emotionally and strategically
3. End-to-End Ownership • Manage the complete journey—from first interaction to proposal, closure, and post-event feedback • Ensure seamless handover to operations while maintaining client confidence • Stay connected with clients even after delivery to build long-term partnerships
4. Relationship & Trust Building • Build strong, authentic relationships with clients that go beyond transactions • Drive repeat business through consistency in service and experience delivery • Represent TAB with strong executive presence and credibility
5. Market Awareness & Growth Thinking • Stay ahead of trends in employee engagement, offsites, and experiential learning • Bring fresh ideas that help TAB stay ahead of the curve in the industry
What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years in B2B sales, event management, corporate gifting, or HR consulting • Strong verbal and written skills • Ability to create crisp, engaging, and human conversations—not templated pitches • Can convert client briefs into high-impact proposals • Understands how to position engagement solutions as ROI-driven experiences • Thinks long-term: client lifetime value over one-time closures
