About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across multiple stages. The role involves team coordination, project communication, documentation, reporting, contractual review, procurement support, and independently managing small-scale projects under guidance. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute across all Project Management verticals while maintaining high quality and organizational standards.

Key Objectives

  • Support the coordination and management of projects
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding project goals and requirements
  • Contribute to project planning, development, and execution

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency in MS Project
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; Adobe InDesign is mandatory
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • PMI membership (highly regarded)
  • Registration with home country’s professional body is an advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience working under a Lead Architect or Project Manager
  • Understanding of AIA/RIBA project stages and deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Experience creating project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6
  • Ability to prepare project reports and presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Strong Adobe InDesign presentation and graphics formatting skills
  • Experience with information diagrams, data diagrams, and infographics
  • Early or basic management experience
  • Exposure to multiple design stages under team leadership
