Manulife is looking for a motivated Associate Data Scientist to enhance decision-making through AI and predictive analytics. This role focuses on developing models using Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science objectives and improve business processes with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI models to address complex business challenges
• Analyze large datasets for patterns and insights
• Apply prompt engineering and build RAG applications
• Collaborate with teams to define business requirements
• Deploy models on Azure ML or Databricks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science/Data Science
• Experience in machine learning and generative AI
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication within teams
