KPMG is looking for an Associate Director, Manager Search Services within our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) division.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps for enterprise search initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and implement effective search solutions.
  • Manage governance, product management, and continuous improvement initiatives for search‑related products with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Support product upgrades and technical integrations, ensuring alignment with other KPMG digital platforms.
  • Engage with the internal search community to advocate best practices, promote adoption, and facilitate ongoing improvements.
  • Contribute to agile team efforts within the One Intranet group, maintaining ownership of the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of search‑related requirements.
  • Uphold KPMG’s values by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.

Qualifications

  • At least seven years of relevant experience in a large enterprise, showcasing a proven record in product/service design, delivery, and search services.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or seven years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 services within a large enterprise environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship; KPMG LLP will not provide sponsorship for this position.
