Associate Director - Systems Architecture - Solutions

You will be joining the Oliver Wyman team as an Associate Director in the Systems Architecture - Solutions department. This role will be based in Gurugram/Pune and will require you to work at least three days a week in the office.

Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures across multiple initiatives. Your role will involve deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and integration practices, with a strong emphasis on hands-on technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. - Architect cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Oversee the integration and orchestration of AI agents and AI-driven systems, ensuring operational excellence. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and internal clients to define technical requirements and deliver successful projects. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. - Conduct architectural reviews and enforce best practices in software development, integration, security, and infrastructure. - Support enterprise system integrations, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Advocate for security best practices, data protection, and compliance throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role in a technology-driven environment. - Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, multi-cloud) and cloud-native architecture. - Strong hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. - Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural frameworks. - Proficient in modern technology stacks including Node.js, Angular, React, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, and APIs.
