Associate Director/Director - Program Management - Financial Research

We are looking for an accomplished operator to partner with DESIS leadership and U.S. discretionary investing business units (BUs) to standardize ways of working, run cross-unit programs, and lead diverse projects. This role based out of the firm’s offices in Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, blends program execution, people management, BU optimization, and learning and development, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across our global offices. It requires a nimble individual capable of executing varying projects related to process institutionalization, people management, and best practices.
