IDMC Admin

Role Description

Primary Skills

• Administer and manage Informatica IDMC environments across DEV TEST and PROD
• Handle user access roles security and connectivity configurations
• Monitor platform performance availability and usage address admin level issues
• Manage IDMC upgrades patches and environment refresh activities
• Support deployment scheduling and operational readiness of IDMC services
• Coordinate with Informatica support and internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain documentation compliance and governance standards for IDMC platforms
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the issue and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IDMC

Secondary Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Informatica Cloud IDMC
• Knowledge of data governance and data stewardship principles
• Good knowledge of Informatica SaaS MDM solutions and their integration with onpremises systems

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience working with crossfunctional teams
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
