Associate UI/UX Designer

About the job: We are looking for a product designer (UI/UX) who can take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from understanding user problems to delivering high-quality, scalable product experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create intuitive, impactful, and user-centered digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Product discovery & research:

1. Understand business goals, product vision, and user needs

2. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)

3. Translate insights into actionable design decisions

B. UX design & information architecture:

1. Define user journeys, flows, and navigation structures

2. Create wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, and interaction models

3. Simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences

C. UI design:

1. Design high-fidelity screens with strong visual hierarchy

2. Develop consistent layouts, typography, and color systems

3. Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards

D. Design systems:

1. Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

2. Ensure consistency across products and platforms

E. Prototyping & interaction design:

1. Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas

2. Define micro-interactions and motion behavior

F. Testing & iteration:

1. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback

2. Iterate designs based on data and user insights

G. Collaboration & handoff:

1. Work closely with product managers and developers

2. Provide detailed design specifications and assets

3. Ensure pixel-perfect implementation

H. Post-launch optimization:

1. Analyze user behavior and product performance

2. Continuously improve user experience and conversion metrics
