As an Associate Vice President Digital Marketing, your role will involve designing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support the organization's branding and demand generation objectives. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging MarTech, performance marketing, analytics, and growth marketing tools to drive measurable results and ROI. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital ecosystems and marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Utilize MarTech platforms for customer segmentation, campaign automation, lead nurturing, and data‑driven targeting.
Lead performance marketing efforts including PPC, display ads, affiliate marketing, and retargeting to achieve defined KPIs.
Manage the analytics marketing function to measure campaign impact, analyze customer behavior, and generate actionable insights.
Drive growth marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Allocate and optimize digital marketing budgets across multiple channels for maximum ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing digital marketing team and manage agency relationships effectively.

Qualifications Required
- Educational Qualifications: MBA in Marketing from Tier II or Tier III B‑School
- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Functional Competencies: In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and web analytics tools, analytical mindset, project management skills, and experience in managing in‑house teams and external agencies.
- Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong leadership qualities, innovative thinking, analytical mindset, and staying up‑to‑date with the latest marketing technologies and digital trends.
Additional Experience
You should have experience in B2B and B2C marketing, Martech, customer data platforms, CRM, digital strategy, performance marketing, budget management, and lead generation. Additionally, experience in managing internal marketing teams and external agencies will be beneficial for this role.
