AVP - Record to Report , Product Manager

As an AVP Record to Report (R2R) Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation, controllership, and automation initiatives across global operations. Your role will involve driving the end-to-end R2R strategy, solutioning, and delivery with a strong emphasis on finance tools and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of R2R solutions using BlackLine with AI capabilities. Take charge of the end-to-end R2R function, including GL, reconciliations, close, consolidation, and reporting with AI integration. Spearhead finance transformation, automation, and process re-engineering efforts. Oversee the implementation of tools such as BlackLine, OneStream, Trintech, Redwood, etc. Manage the solution architecture and integration between ERP and finance workflow tools. Supervise global stakeholders and lead large delivery teams effectively. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, SOX, and internal controls. Enhance month-end/year-end close efficiency and reduce cycle time. Provide support for RFP/RFI, client consulting, and solution design processes.

Key Requirements: Possess strong exposure to finance transformation and tool implementation. Expertise in BlackLine, OneStream, Trintech, or similar tools with AI Agents. Experience in managing global clients and large teams. Solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Demonstrated leadership in consulting or shared services environment.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA, CA, or CPA certification. Experience in AI-led finance automation initiatives.
