AWS Connect Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AWS Connect Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud architecture, automation, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Amazon Connect
• Build and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
• Automate processes and workflows using scripting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based contact center solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support cloud migration and infrastructure enhancement initiatives
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance

Required Skills (2–3 Years)

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Architecture
• Experience in Automation and workflow optimization
• Proficiency in Scripting (Shell, Bash, or similar)

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure Migration
• Understanding of Telephony systems
• Experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions for workforce/customer support
