About the role
Role
- Own and drive the Well‑Architected framework and Trusted Advisor check contributions, used by the majority of large enterprises on AWS.
- Drive new product enhancements, 2P/3P partner and multi‑cloud strategy, and execution to deliver delightful customer experiences.
- Partner with multiple software engineering teams to build cohesive user experiences that provide high customer satisfaction and drive top‑line growth.
- Work closely with Sales and Account teams to increase revenue from large public and private enterprises.
- Interact across the full breadth of AWS services, staying at the forefront of cloud technologies.

- AWS Support provides technology and trusted expertise that anticipate and resolve AWS customer needs, helping them adopt, optimize, and operate at scale.
- Owns customer‑facing applications such as Personal Health Dashboard, AWS Forums, and Support Center.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
- 5+ years working as a Technical Product Manager.
- 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related).
- 7+ years of full product life‑cycle experience.
- 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.
- 5+ years of creating written documentation for new product development.
- 5+ years of enterprise security product experience.
- 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
- Experience taking a product from conception and definition through engineering design to market launch.
- Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products with full product lifecycle responsibility, including go‑to‑market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/network development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live‑site operations.
- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies.
