Azure Data Engineer

About

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Build and manage data lakes and data warehouses using Azure Data Lake Storage and Synapse Analytics.
• Ensure data quality by executing validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Azure-based solutions, providing technical guidance to teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and Technical Lead focused on Azure.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and Synapse Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala for data processing scripts.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of Azure architecture and associated services.
• Experience working with or understanding SAS code.
