Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BI architecture and data engineering.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks Lakehouse and Unity Catalog.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics architecture.
• Proven experience creating and managing large-scale self-service data sets for diverse business users.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for BI solutions.
• Familiarity with DataOps practices.
