Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Mungo’s digital marketing strategy for our B2B markets in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Channels; and with input from Sales and Management. This role focuses on industrial and construction-related B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and continuously refine Mungo’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales priorities
- Work closely with Management and Sales to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision‑makers
- Translate business input into clear target audiences, channel selection, messaging, and budget allocation
- Ensure alignment of all activities with the B2B sales funnel and measurable lead generation
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google/Bing (SEA)
- Manage campaign budgets and performance targets
- Plan and execute newsletter and email marketing activities
- Maintain the digital marketing calendar
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key KPIs including campaign performance, reach, engagement, qualified leads, content performance
- Provide structured reporting and performance insights
- Drive continuous optimization and efficiency improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
- Experience in industrial, construction, engineering, or technical sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B buying processes and sales funnels
- Ability to translate business input into structured marketing plans
- Experience with SEA, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
- Confident handling of paid media budgets
- Strong English communication skills
