PearlThoughts is seeking a skilled and self-driven Backend Developer (Part-Time) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for developers who want to work on real-world projects, contribute meaningfully, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications. • Design and manage APIs, databases, and server-side logic. • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and DevOps teams. • Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of applications. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems. • Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.

️ Required Skills • Strong experience in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar). • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL). • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub). • Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment processes is a plus. • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Eligibility • Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in backend development. • Proven experience working on real-time or production-level projects. • Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role.
