We are looking for a talented AI Backend Engineer who can build real-world applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is ideal for someone passionate about production-grade AI systems, scalable architectures, and backend engineering. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities • Integrate LLMs into backend applications and APIs • Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings & vector databases • Design and implement agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph or similar frameworks) • Work with AI platforms like Vertex AI and models such as Gemini • Optimize performance, latency, and reliability of AI systems • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, backend logic, and AI integrations 🧠 Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience integrating LLMs in production systems • Solid understanding of RAG architectures & vector search • Experience building AI workflows / agent-based systems • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred) • Strong backend fundamentals with focus on clean, scalable code • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills ⭐ Good to Have • Experience building AI-powered APIs / microservices • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure) • Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and evaluation techniques 🤝 What We Value • Ownership mindset & ability to work independently • Strong analytical thinking • Clear communication & collaboration skills
