About Us

For our development team in Digital Business at the Voerde location, we are looking for dedicated support.

Your Responsibilities

• Shaping the digital future of drive technology
• Expansion and further development of the IIOT platform for monitoring the condition and predicting damage, failures, and the remaining service life of our gearbox products
• Analysis, design, and implementation of software based on Java in the backend
• Use of current cloud technologies (Azure)
• Working in a young & dynamic team responsible for the overall product from hardware to backend to frontend
• As a team member, you will shape and support agile methods and processes (e.g., according to SCRUM)
• Cross-functional exchange and interface management with team members from the gearbox division

Your Strengths

• Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science (FH/TH) or training as an IT specialist with corresponding experience or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in agile software development with current Java technologies (Spring, Spring Data, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful Services, Maven)
• Experience in conception, design, and implementation of container-based, scalable microservice architectures, ideally in a cloud environment with Kubernetes
• Toolbox: SCRUM, Clean Code, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Containers, Databases, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Team spirit, commitment, and social skills
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
