Responsibilities

Goals of the Role

• Implementation and advancement of AI pilot projects and their implementation
• Support of the self-service BI platform ThoughtSpot (creating analyses, training models and agents, end-user training)

Main Tasks

• Identification and benefit assessment of AI Use Cases
• Implementation of AI Use Cases in a suitable AI platform (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Snowflake, or similar)
• Support and further development of the ThoughtSpot platform
• Data mart-specific training of ThoughtSpot agents
• Support of end-users in the use of AI and BI tools
• Conducting training sessions and workshops

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the development of BI or AI solutions
• Experience with BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable)
• Experience with LLMs and AI agents (preferably on Microsoft or Snowflake)
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Good understanding of data analysis and visualization
• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct training sessions
• Team-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and programming skills in Python are advantageous
