The team deciphers complex data worlds, recognizes patterns and correlations, and thus creates transparency in dynamic automotive markets. To further expand the team's success near Berlin, we are looking for a reflective and analytical computer scientist, business information technologist, data scientist, mathematician (m/f/d) - or a comparable qualification as a Big Data Senior Analyst / Senior Business Analyst - Automotive sector (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • The position offers a clear development perspective towards team leadership.
  • The working model is deliberately designed to be flexible: two days in the office and three days of home office are an integral part of the collaboration.
  • You will identify, evaluate, and implement AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency and quality in the analytics area.
  • To do this, you will delve deep into large datasets and extract relevant information using database queries, AI, and BI methods.
  • You will efficiently prepare data, integrate it into customer systems, and ensure high data quality.
  • You will identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data and derive robust insights from them.
  • You will interpret and evaluate analysis results, draw well-founded conclusions, and make them usable for decision-making.
  • You will use your analyses to optimize customers' business processes on a data basis.
  • You will present results clearly, concisely, and appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
  • You will advise clients on the application and added value of Big Data analyses in their respective market environments.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in Data Science / Data Analytics as well as with relational databases and NoSQL databases are desirable.
  • Knowledge in the application of statistics or data mining software (e.g., Python, SPSS, R).
  • Confident handling of methods for data analysis, data preparation, and modeling of large datasets.
  • Confident, professional demeanor in customer contact, as well as a goal-oriented, meticulous, and independent way of working.

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Science / Data Analytics sowie mit relationalen Datenbanken und NoSQL-Datenbanken sind wünschenswert.
