About the Role
As an experienced PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various PPC campaigns across different platforms including Google Adwords, Meta marketing, and social media channels. This role offers a competitive CTC of 9LPA to 12LPA.
Responsibilities
- Being accountable for all PPC campaigns such as search, display, YouTube, and Meta ads.
- Developing, implementing, and managing paid search and paid social campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram, including defining campaign objectives, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
- Conducting keyword research, creating ad copies, and performing A/B testing for Google Ads.
- Demonstrating expertise in Meta advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Audience Insights, Retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Understanding various Google Ads formats like Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Shopping Ads, and App Campaigns.
- Reviewing end-to-end PPC strategy on Google and Meta, and continuously optimizing campaigns for high ROI.
- Establishing relevant KPIs, targets, and utilizing dashboards for performance tracking and optimization purposes.
- Driving improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) by running tests, experiments, and utilizing attribution tools.
- Keeping track of and optimizing the entire funnel from impressions to conversions for all Ads through A/B tests and CRO techniques.
- Planning and implementing budget schedules to achieve revenue goals, managing budget allocations, bid strategies, and optimizing for ROI.
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and performance issues, and providing internal reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design messaging strategies, evaluate new technologies, optimize audience targeting, and create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Compensation
- Competitive CTC: 9 LPA to 12 LPA.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads formats (search, display, video, shopping, app campaigns)
- Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Audience Insights, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Expertise in keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
- Ability to set up, manage, and optimize budgets, bids, and bidding strategies
- Experience with KPI definition, dashboard creation, and performance reporting
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork
