The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, including market analysis, consumer insights, product positioning, and promotional activities. You will manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and market share growth. This role involves close collaboration with sales, R&D, supply chain, and advertising agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. You will conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for brand extension and innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for assigned brands.
  • Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify key trends and insights.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and long-term vision.
  • Manage the brand's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans at the point of sale.
  • Work closely with R&D and supply chain to ensure product quality and availability.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies and other external partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for brand extension, new product development, and innovation.
  • Present brand plans and performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching brands and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and data interpretation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
