As a Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager for the International Markets (Non-Food Category) at our Mumbai (Andheri Office), you will be responsible for driving brand growth globally. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies across ATL and BTL channels to enhance brand visibility, market penetration, and consumer engagement on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing international marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Planning and managing ATL & BTL campaigns across various global markets
- Collaborating closely with regional distributors and partners to strengthen brand presence
- Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
- Managing brand positioning, communication, and consistency across different geographies
- Overseeing campaign performance, ROI, and optimizing marketing spends
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, product, and creative for seamless execution
Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in brand/marketing roles, with a preference for international market exposure
- Strong proficiency in ATL & BTL marketing strategies
- Previous experience in non-food categories, with a preference for FMCG/FMCD industries
- Ability to effectively manage multiple markets and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with export markets and distributors
- Exposure to digital marketing targeting international audiences
- Strategic thinking combined with execution excellence
