As the Brand & Marketing Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our visual storytelling across digital, print, packaging, and product experience. You’ll lead the design strategy and execution that elevates our e-commerce presence, reinforces brand consistency, and enhances customer engagement across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal role where design meets strategy, and creativity drives commercial performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Brand Creative Leadership & Visual Identity • Own and continuously evolve our visual identity across all digital, physical, and retail touchpoints. • Maintain and update our brand guidelines to ensure consistent and premium brand expression across consumer and trade-facing materials. • Translate our brand positioning, product storytelling, and skin science into compelling visual narratives. • Regularly evolve the brand’s creative toolkit, introducing new layout systems, visual treatments, and content frameworks to keep the brand culturally relevant and distinctive. • Guide junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction, feedback, and quality control. • Campaign Concept Development & Art Direction • Conceptualise and lead creative campaigns supporting product launches, seasonal moments, brand partnerships, and marketing activations. • Develop mood boards, creative concepts, visual references, and campaign treatments that align with brand strategy and product priorities. • Lead art direction across all visual brand output, including still photography, video, motion, and social content.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU artists, and creative partners to bring concepts to life. • Direct and oversee photoshoots (studio and on-location), including composition, product styling, model direction, lighting, and post-production. • E-Commerce & Conversion-Focused Design • Design intuitive, high-converting UX/UI assets for our website and mobile experience. • Create product pages, landing pages, promotional banners, and digital merchandising assets aligned with e-commerce best practices. • Design with a conversion-first mindset, ensuring visual storytelling supports measurable commercial outcomes. • Collaborate with digital and performance marketing teams to optimise creative through A/B testing, heatmaps, and customer behaviour insights. • Continuously refine layouts, visual hierarchy, and messaging to improve engagement, add-to-cart, and purchase conversion. • Marketing, Email & Content Design • Develop campaign identities, social media templates, emailers, and digital content assets that drive engagement while maintaining brand consistency. • Design and build high-performing email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, and promotional campaigns. • Ensure responsive design across desktop and mobile environments. • Align visual storytelling across email, website, paid media, and social channels to create a seamless omnichannel brand experience. • Support influencer campaigns, retail marketing initiatives, and brand activations with creative assets. • Packaging & Product Design • Lead the design and ongoing evolution of SKOON. packaging, from concept through final artwork and production. • Collaborate with suppliers and print partners to ensure high production standards and consistency across batches and regions. • Ensure packaging design reinforces SKOON.’s premium positioning and brand storytelling. • Retail & Trade Creative • Support the Junior Trade Designer in developing impactful in-store creative, retail displays, merchandising materials, and promotional assets. • Ensure consistent brand presentation across retail partners and trade marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with the commercial team to create sell-in presentations, retailer marketing assets, and trade toolkits. • Creative Production & Workflow Management • Lead pre-production processes including creative decks, shot lists, casting, location
