We are seeking a Braze Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer engagement solutions using Braze. The role will focus on building scalable, data-driven, multi-channel engagement systems that drive customer retention and revenue growth. • *Key Responsibilities** • *Platform Architecture**
● Design and manage Braze architecture across environments and applications
● Define customer data models (events, attributes, segmentation)
● Establish scalable frameworks for multi-channel engagement Data Integration
● Integrate Braze with CDPs such as Segment or mParticle
● Work with data warehouses like Snowflake
● Implement APIs, SDKs, and event pipelines
● Ensure data quality and identity resolution Campaign & Journey Management
● Design and implement customer journeys using Braze Canvas
● Build lifecycle, triggered, and behavioral campaigns
● Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies Analytics & Optimization
● Track engagement and campaign performance metrics
● Integrate analytics tools such as Amplitude and Mixpanel
● Optimize campaigns based on data insights Engineering & Delivery
● Collaborate with engineering teams for backend integrations
● Support implementation using APIs and webhooks
● Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability Governance & Compliance
● Implement access control and security best practices
● Work with identity platforms like Okta or Auth0
● Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations • *Required Qualifications**
● 5+ years of experience in Martech / CRM / Customer Engagement platforms
● Hands-on experience with Braze
● Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven systems
● Proficiency in SQL and data concepts • *Preferred Qualifications**
● Experience with CDPs and analytics platforms
● Exposure to lifecycle marketing and personalization
● Experience in consulting or multi-stakeholder environments
