Business Analyst – CRM Operational Enablement

Contract Duration: May 2026 – May 2027 (1 year)

Work Model: 100% Remote

Security Requirement: Reliability Clearance required (copy must be provided)

The organization is undergoing a transition to a Salesforce CRM platform while continuing to support a suite of legacy and operational systems, including C3, UCM, BIP, OBI, CI, OEDQ, and Loqate. To ensure uninterrupted service and operational stability during this transition, additional Business Analyst support is needed.

This role will bridge business analysis and operational support, helping sustain legacy systems while supporting Salesforce readiness, integration validation, and transition planning. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and QA to ensure accurate requirements, smooth releases, and effective issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, supporting backlog refinement, and assisting with QA and release coordination. The role also involves incident triage, change management support, environment monitoring, and maintaining operational documentation, dashboards, and runbooks. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to data migration, integration efforts, and impact assessments related to system changes.
