Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst drafting business requirements for IT solutions.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development; including Power Apps Portal, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps.
- Must have experience drafting business process models and workflows.
- Must have experience in working on IM/IT transformation projects.
- Must have experience in drafting business requirements for a Client Relationship Management platform, and more particularly a Microsoft Dynamics implementation or equivalent CRM systems.
- Must have experience within the Azure Dev Ops platform on IM/IT projects.
- Must be a citizen of Canada.
Experience (required):

- Azure Dev Ops platform on IM/IT projects: 1 year
Licence/Certification (preferred):

Tasks
- Elicit, draft, and capture business requirements for Client programs.
- Support the development of User Stories, Use Cases, and business rules, ensuring full requirements traceability across their lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, optimize and standardize business services, and leverage native Dynamics CRM capabilities.
- Develop business process and workflow diagrams, mock-ups, swim lanes, and facilitate business process modeling and requirements elicitation workshops.
- Identify and map data to migrate from existing systems to Dynamics CRM, including transformational rules.
- Perform initial sanity tests to validate delivered releases against business requirements and test criteria.
- Develop and execute test cases and prepare reports to ensure that business processes and requirements have been delivered.
- Liaise between stakeholders, developers, and QA, facilitating understanding of business requirements and Dynamics capabilities, and perform initial validation of completed User Stories.
- Participate in change impact analysis and change control activities.
- Follow the BA’s established approach for defining, optimizing, and standardizing business processes, systems, technology, and information entities, and recommend improvements as required.
