About the Role

Having become a Pure Player in real estate services, EVORIEL is accelerating its development with an ambitious strategic plan combining organic growth, targeted acquisitions, and convergence towards an integrated, data-driven platform. In this context of strong growth and transformation, EVORIEL is strengthening its pricing structure. Reporting to the Pricing Manager and integrated into the FP&A team, the Business Analyst Pricing contributes to the definition, deployment, and monitoring of the Group's pricing policy, in interaction with the FP&A, IT, business, and regional teams.

Your Missions:

Pricing Performance Analysis & Monitoring

• Collect and structure pricing data
• Produce and automate pricing reports
• Analyze revenue, pricing KPIs, and performance variances
• Conduct benchmarks, price sensitivity analyses, and margin impact studies

Pricing Policy Deployment

• Contribute to defining pricing strategies
• Participate in harmonizing billing practices
• Monitor the correct application of prices within the network

Team Support

• Design educational materials
• Respond to network requests
• Disseminate pricing culture within the Group

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 degree: business school, engineering school, or university – degrees in data, statistics, data analytics, or business intelligence are also welcome.
• 0 to 3 years of experience (significant internships or work-study programs accepted) in finance, management control, data analysis, pricing, or a similar analytical environment.
• Very good command of Excel and strong aptitude for data manipulation, Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau…), and numerical analysis.
• Solid analytical skills: rigor, attention to detail, ability to produce reliable and actionable analyses.
• Ability to simplify complex analyses and make them understandable for non-financial stakeholders.
• Team spirit and desire to contribute to a function undergoing structuring.
