Business Analyst / Project Manager

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience as an ICT Business Analyst, with proven experience.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is required.
• Demonstrable experience mapping and optimising core business processes common in FMCG, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing/Production.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating complex data requirements into clear reporting specifications.
• Fundamental understanding of system integration patterns (e.g., APIs, middleware) to facilitate seamless data flow between enterprise applications.
