As part of the expansion of its AI Solutions division within the Credit, Finance, Compliance & AI Solutions domain, the organization is accelerating the deployment of generative AI solutions across global operations.

This transformation aims to:

• improve operational efficiency,
• enhance client experience,
• support business teams in adopting new AI-driven workflows, while operating within a highly structured security, compliance and architectural framework.

The AI Solutions division is structured around multiple squads:

• GenAI Platform: platform development, integration of new capabilities
• Client 360: AI agents for business users (Relationship Managers, KYC, portfolio analysis)
• AI for IT: performance improvement and risk reduction for IT teams
• Speech Analytics: transcription and voice analytics solutions

The mission is to onboard a Senior Business Analyst, based in Paris, working transversally across all squads to:

• support the structuring and execution of generative AI initiatives,
• ensure functional consistency across teams,
• align business needs, proposed solutions and organisational constraints.

The Senior BA will collaborate closely with:

• business sponsors,
• Data Science teams,
• Group-level IT teams involved in AI strategy,
• local IT, compliance and security teams.

The role reports to the Division Head AI Solutions and supports the AI Tribe Lead on strategic and functional dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Squad Steering & Functional Consistency

• Ensure consistency of analyses and deliverables across Business Analysts.
• Challenge teams to ensure relevance, quality and coherence.
• Harmonize analysis methods and best practices.

Business Analysis & AI Integration

• Analyse existing Front, Middle, Back Office processes.
• Identify opportunities to integrate generative AI into business workflows.
• Define and formalize target processes embedding AI capabilities.

Functional Scoping & Transversal Support

• Structure and describe end‑to‑end target processes.
• Provide deep functional expertise on complex topics.
• Support Product Owners on high‑impact initiatives.
• Facilitate exchanges between business, IT, data and compliance teams.
• Identify inconsistencies and propose pragmatic solutions.

AI Strategy Support

• Contribute to the formalization of the AI strategy.
• Support prioritization based on business value and feasibility.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps.

Support to Product Owners

• Refine business needs and clarify requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog structuring and prioritization.

Organizational Framework & Innovation

• Assess applicability of internal standards to generative AI use cases.
• Identify tensions between innovation needs and constraints (security, compliance, architecture).
• Recommend pragmatic approaches to ensure effective adoption.
• Contribute to discussions with central teams when arbitration is required.

Coordination & Facilitation

• Enable fluid communication between local and global teams.
• Remove functional blockers.
• Ensure shared understanding of objectives and solutions.

Required Skills

Business Expertise (strongly appreciated)

• Solid understanding of banking activities, ideally private banking / wealth management.
• Knowledge of Front, Middle, Back Office processes.
• Sensitivity to compliance, security and data-related requirements.

Senior Business Analyst Expertise

• Significant experience in complex environments.
• Proven track record in cross-squad or transversal roles.
• Excellent analytical, structuring and synthesis abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.

AI / Innovation Expertise

• Good understanding of generative AI concepts.
• Experience on digital or data-driven projects appreciated.

Methodology & Tools

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe).
• Proficiency with JIRA / Confluence.
• Solid experience in backlog management and user story writing.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Critical thinking, autonomy and functional leadership.
• Ability to operate in complex environments and balance innovation with constraints.

Languages

• Fluent English required.
• Fluent French required.
