Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience (Business/Finance, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis with a focus on enterprise systems and technology platforms.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working on complex, cross-functional initiatives in an analyst capacity.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including system administration, configuration, and integration.
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is an asset.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
• Assist in performing integration efforts between business applications (including Workday, Azure and SailPoint), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform is essential.
• Minor configuration capability is expected; complex development is not.
• A ServiceNow certification (e.g., Administrator) is considered a bonus, not a requirement.
• Preference is for candidates who already understand ServiceNow, rather than training from scratch.
• The role is BAU-focused, not tied to a single large project.

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract Role
• Contract Term: 12 months
• Work Schedule: 3 days per week
• Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 80-85/Hr (Depending on the experience)
