Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements: • B-degree in Computer Science; OR An accredited qualification/Microsoft certification with equivalent demonstrable experience • Minimum four years of professional experience in Data Analytics / Data Science • Track record in using Data Mining tools, SQL, Power BI, Other platforms, Python, AI Tools • Experience of working with the AGILE methodology • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective SharePoint solutions • Proven track record to work to and adhere to strict business deadlines • Proven ability to communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels in the business • Experience in business process analysis and optimisation will be a strong advantage • Experience with AI platforms such as Co-Pilot Studio, Azure AI, or other generative AI tools is advantageous • Proficiency in Data Analytics and Design • Detailed documentation of Application Processes and system design diagrams • Applying Analytical and Critical thinking methods • Conduct troubleshooting and implement problem solving • Proficiency in verbal and written communication and effectively presenting concepts • Project Management capabilities Ability to influence people • AREA OF FOCUS: • Responsible for the application development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation, including high-level system design diagrams relating to all Business Reporting • Planning and leveraging the latest MS365 / SharePoint /O365/Co-Pilot social computing and collaboration features to maximize the capture and share of knowledge and expertise within the company • Develop technical quality review, research and evaluation of software solutions • Analytics using the Datawarehouse, by building reporting (Power BI and Excell) • ROLE DESCRIPTION: • Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes • Design experiments and interpret results to provide actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, gather requirements, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences • Engage in the understanding, analysis, and continuous improvement of business processes, leveraging data and technology to drive operational efficiency and innovation • Continuously evaluate and refine models to improve performance and accuracy, staying abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques • Work closely with business to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of data pipelines and infrastructure • Timeously address and resolve logged user queries in a professional and efficient manner • Manage expectations of business through providing realistic esti
