We are looking for a **driven Business Development Executive** who enjoys the challenge of winning new clients. This role is for someone who **loves prospecting, opening doors, and converting opportunities into customers**. Your focus will be identifying companies that could benefit from our platform, engaging decision-makers, and helping convert those opportunities into signed clients.

• *What You Will Do** • *Generate New Opportunities** • Identify and target potential clients through **LinkedIn, research, and outbound outreach** • Contact decision-makers within recruitment agencies and businesses • Initiate conversations with prospective customers • *Build Sales Pipeline** • Engage prospects and uncover their hiring or recruitment challenges • Qualify opportunities and move them into the sales pipeline • Arrange product demonstrations and discovery meetings • *Contribute to Winning New Clients** • Work closely with the leadership team to convert qualified opportunities into customers • Support the sales process through to signed agreements • Build relationships with potential clients • *Sales Activity** • Maintain outreach activity via **LinkedIn, email, and phone** • Track opportunities and interactions in the CRM • Follow up consistently with prospects • *What Success Looks Like**
Success in this role is measured by **new business generated**. Typical expectations include
