Business Intelligence Analyst

Factory Analytics, Spotfire Reporting and Data Insights

Role Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for developing data insights and supporting data‑driven decision making within the factory through analytics and reporting. The role focuses primarily on developing, maintaining and improving dashboards and analytics solutions, mainly using Spotfire.
You will work within the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, which supports the organization by delivering actionable insights and analytical advice to help achieve operational targets. The role requires translating business questions into analytical solutions and reporting requirements.

You will combine data from multiple systems and platforms, transform it into structured datasets, and develop dashboards and analyses that support operational performance and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve Spotfire dashboards and reports
• Support ad‑hoc analytical questions from factory users
• Analyze data to assess data quality and interpret the meaning of datasets
• Translate business questions and operational challenges into reporting and analytics requirements
• Compile and integrate data from multiple platforms and systems
• Perform data preparation and basic data engineering activities
• Support analytics initiatives using tools such as Spotfire, Databricks, Python and Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver data‑driven insights

Must‑haves

• 2–8 years of experience in data analytics
• Proven experience with Spotfire dashboard development
• Experience with data analysis, data visualization and BI tooling
• Experience working with data platforms and combining data from multiple systems
• Experience with analytics tooling such as Python, Databricks, R or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Master’s degree in Information Management, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field

Pré

• Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience working in a complex international environment
