to lead and grow our Mobiles business across the African market. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with distributors and key customers. • *Key Responsibilities** • Drive the Mobiles Division growth strategy across Africa • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to divisional objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers • Achieve revenue, order intake, and profitability targets • Forecast monthly revenue and ensure delivery against defined targets • Increase installed base and improve aftermarket (AM) capture rates • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, including finance solutions • Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions where required • Manage inventory levels across the territory to improve availability and lead times • Collaborate with training teams to ensure strong local service capability • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows • Provide market insights to inform go-to-market strategies • Support product development through engagement with Product Managers • Drive continuous improvement in sales efficiency and customer experience • Develop compelling commercial proposals to win new business • Lead and engage team members to achieve high performance and engagement • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** • Revenue and Operating Income (OI) growth • Order intake vs. budget/forecast • Revenue vs. budget/forecast • Installed base growth (%) • Aftermarket capture rate (%) • *Health, Safety & Environment (EHS)** • Adhere to all EHS policies, procedures, and training requirements • Participate in EHS programs and initiatives • Contribute to team and organizational EHS objectives • *Qualifications & Experience** • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development • Experience within mining or construction industries is essential • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and distributor networks • Strong financial and commercial acumen • Experience in technical and commercial negotiations • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset
