Your Central Role

• Enablement of strategic digitalization projects to create sustainable competitive advantages through AI & digital platforms in the entire insurance value chain
• Support in the development of software solutions for the productive use of (Gen)AI solutions in ERGO companies, including technical integration into existing systems
• Evaluation of suitable technologies and methods for cloud-based (Gen)AI & digital platforms as well as development of efficient, scalable digital environments
• Close cooperation with other AI and IT departments in designing technical blueprints for standardizing and optimizing work methods
• Support in the implementation of scalable technologies and tools for data management and (Gen)AI solutions for the use of structured and unstructured data in cloud environments
• Guidance and consulting of digitalization projects to ensure the effective and secure use of (Gen)AI and digital platforms

Your Profile

• Completed university studies in natural sciences, mathematics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge in (Gen)AI technologies and their productive use (MLOps), cloud computing, and modern development technologies
• Experience with platform architectures and microservices
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with the strategic goals of the company
• Knowledge of programming, scripting, and database languages (e.g., Python, Spark, SQL) as well as experience with platforms and cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure & Databricks)
• Willingness to innovate, proactive work approach, networked thinking, preferably industry knowledge of the insurance sector, as well as fluent German and English language skills
• Sound knowledge of scalable data architectures, including experience with data pipelines
