Overview

You will work in an agile development team and contribute to the further development of a central software component. You will modernize existing code and implement technical improvements that increase quality and maintainability in the long term. You will work with native development technologies such as C++, C# or Rust and learn best practices for refactoring and clean code. Your Tasks

• Develops new core functionalities and implements technical requirements in clean code
• Modernizes and refactors existing systems to improve maintainability and performance
• Supports the Scrum team in technical issues and drives continuous improvements
• Advises the Product Owner on technical decisions and evaluation of solution options
• Works with relational databases and ensures robust integrations
• Creates technical documentation and status reports for the team
• Coordinates with internal interfaces from technology, quality, and product

Your Profile

• Has initial practical experience in C++ development and ideally has worked with C++/CLI
• Has knowledge in C# or a similar native language and experience with monolithic systems
• Has a fundamental understanding of relational databases and their application in production environments
• Shows interest in accounting topics and is willing to familiarize themselves with the subject matter
• Enjoys working in self-organized teams and proactively shares knowledge with colleagues
• Communicates confidently in German and works agilely according to Scrum principles
