Your Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a technical pillar of the team, responsible for end-to-end design, industrialization, and improvement of high-value AI products. You will play a technical leadership role, ensuring architecture choices, model quality, and adherence to MLOps best practices, while contributing to the team's skill development.

Your Main Missions

Pilotage and Architecture

• Pilot the design and define the technical architecture of complex AI agents to automate internal processes (workflows, RAG, business assistants).

AI Tooling Strategy

• Define the development and evaluation strategy for assistants (Copilot, Gemini type…) and intelligent agents, ensuring active technological monitoring.

Complex Data Analysis

• Conduct complex and autonomous data analyses to address strategic issues, from modeling to presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Modeling Expertise

• Architect and develop robust and scalable Machine Learning solutions (NLP, trees, networks), ensuring the performance and relevance of deployed models.

MLOps Guarantee

• Ensure the industrialization and reliability of solutions via CI/CD pipelines and high-performance MLOps infrastructure (monitoring, alerting, automated tests).

Technical Leadership and Mentoring

• Define and promote MLOps and Software Engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, containerization).
• Mentor junior team members and foster their skill development.

Your Profile

• Graduate of a Bac+4/5 in Computer Science, Statistics, or an Engineering school.
• Languages:
  • French: Fluent
  • English: Professional (Read, written, spoken)
• 7 years or more of experience in Data Science, with significant experience in deploying Machine Learning models into production.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Python (structuring, perf), advanced SQL, Microsoft Azure (ML, Factory, functions, blob storage, foundry).
• Design ML pipelines, feature management, and model optimization.
• RAG, vector DB, LLM evaluation, agent orchestration.
• Technical leadership, ability to influence decisions and simplify complex topics.
• High autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage projects in a structured manner.
• Excellent analytical skills and product/business vision to propose solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
