Missions

Finaliser et faire évoluer la plateforme de données du groupe sur GCP. Définir la cible technique avec le DSI et l’équipe, orienter les choix structurants, élargir le périmètre des sources intégrées, automatiser massivement, et maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de la donnée. Nourrir progressivement les usages métier et l'équipe IA Générative groupe, en allant comprendre la donnée plutôt qu'en attendant des spécifications.

• Reasonable volume, but great functional variety — the challenge is more qualitative and structural than volumetric

Your Responsibilities

Within a data team of three people, reporting directly to the CIO, in a technical lead role:

• Finalize the platform architecture and stabilize its foundations
• Define the long-term technical target with the CIO and the team, and make structuring decisions
• Support the deployment of data analyst tools (dashboards, data preparation)
• Technically lead the team: share best practices, code reviews, skill development for junior profiles
• Extend the scope of integrated sources
• Strengthen data quality, documentation, and observability
• Massively automate and use generative AI daily as a productivity lever
• Understand the meaning of business data — without waiting for specifications — and foster new uses
• Build the target while regularly delivering value to business units with urgent needs
• Be the primary technical contact for the Eren Group's Generative AI team
• In the long term, contribute to the group's advanced data components: vector databases, initial operational ML applications

Profile Sought

Experience and Technical Skills

• Minimum five years in Data Engineering, including significant experience on Google Cloud Platform
• Solid mastery of BigQuery
• Advanced SQL, operational Python
• Experience with dbt (or an equivalent transformation tool, with expected rapid skill development)
• Experience with Dagster or a modern orchestrator (Airflow, Prefect, equivalent)
• Strong sensitivity to GDPR and data security issues — the data processed concerns various audiences, including minors
• English: fluent technical reading, comfortable speaking
