About the role
Introduction
We are looking for a Change Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. This role will focus on developing change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring employees are prepared, supported, and trained throughout change processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
• Lead organizational change initiatives (e.g., system implementations, process improvements, restructuring)
• Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks related to change initiatives
• Collaborate with project managers, HR, and leadership teams
• Design and deliver communication plans to ensure transparency
• Develop and execute training programs to support change adoption
• Monitor and report on change progress, adoption, and effectiveness
• Address resistance and provide support to affected employees
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture
Desired Experience & Qualification
-10 Years of Change Management experience in deployment of IT projects
-National Diploma Information Technology or Information Systems or Computer Engineering or Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
-Change Management Certificate
