About the role
As a qualified Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing the personal accounting and financial matters of directors, complete accounting, compliance, and financial management of the charitable trust, and accounting, financial controls, and related coordination for Hundia Infosolutions. This high-trust, high-ownership role requires you to independently manage financial records, statutory compliance, reporting, documentation, and coordination across personal, trust, and company matters.
**Key Areas of Responsibility:**
- **Directors Personal Accounts** - Maintain complete records of personal financial transactions of directors - Track bank accounts, expenses, reimbursements, investments, loans, assets, liabilities, and other personal financial matters - Prepare periodic MIS, cash flow summaries, and financial statements for personal accounts - Coordinate with tax consultants, bankers, investment advisors, and auditors wherever required - Compile data and documentation for personal income tax matters and related filings - Monitor due dates for taxes, advance tax, insurance, investments, and financial commitments - Ensure proper documentation, record management, and confidentiality for all personal financial matters
- **Charitable Trust Management** - Handle complete accounting and finance function for the newly established charitable trust - Set up and maintain books of accounts, receipts, payments, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents - Manage donor records, fund utilization records, grant tracking, and expense monitoring - Coordinate for trust-related compliance, statutory filings, registrations, audits, and documentation - Prepare financial statements, utilization reports, budgets, and periodic management updates - Establish internal controls, approval workflows, and documentation discipline for the trust - Ensure all records are audit-ready and maintained in a proper manner
- **Hundia Infosolutions Company Accounts** - Support and manage company-level accounting responsibilities for Hundia Infosolutions - Oversee bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, voucher verification, reconciliation, and financial records - Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and general accounting control processes - Coordinate with internal accounts team, auditors, consultants, and bankers - Assist in finalization support, statutory data preparation, and financial reporting - Ensure proper accounting documentation, compliance readiness, and accuracy in records - Support management with reports, schedules, reconciliations, and finance-related analysis as required
As a potential candidate, you are required to be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) based in Mumbai with strong experience in accounts, taxation, compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting. You should have prior exposure to personal accounts, trust/NGO/charitable institution accounting, and company accounts and statutory coordination. Proficiency in Excel, MIS, accounting systems, reconciliations, and documentation is crucial, along with the ability to work in a high confidentiality environment. Strong follow-up, ownership, and coordination skills are also desirable.
