Micrologic is seeking a qualified, full-time Client Success Coordinator. You’ll be part of the Client Success Team, working on numerous projects, while also supporting the Client Success Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Success Team with daily administrative tasks to help keep initiatives on track
  • Help maintain and update client records in CRM systems
  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner when needed
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing documentation, FAQs, and resources
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Report on all open tickets to help support the team and their clients
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

  • Proficiency in any CRM and/or support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach
  • Ability to multitask on projects and handling client accounts
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, being adaptable to new processes
  • Familiarity with success metrics like NPS, CSAT, and customer health scores
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively

Compensation

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
