Micrologic is seeking a qualified, full-time Client Success Coordinator. You’ll be part of the Client Success Team, working on numerous projects, while also supporting the Client Success Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Success Team with daily administrative tasks to help keep initiatives on track
- Help maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner when needed
- Contribute to the development of client-facing documentation, FAQs, and resources
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Report on all open tickets to help support the team and their clients
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

- Familiarity with project management tools
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in any CRM and/or support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask on projects and handling client accounts
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, being adaptable to new processes
- Familiarity with success metrics like NPS, CSAT, and customer health scores
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
Compensation
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
