For our Client Success team, we are looking for qualified support: You are the central point of contact for existing customers and prospects and professionally support them on topics related to our asset management and general account management.

Job Description

  • You are a reliable point of contact for our existing customers and interested parties for our services and support them professionally by phone, email, or chat.
  • For complex issues, you coordinate with the relevant specialist departments and partners to ensure solution-oriented support is provided promptly. If necessary, you forward inquiries to our Tier 2 Support.
  • You take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty.
  • You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and initiative.
  • You use customer feedback to identify potential improvements in our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in customer contact and ideally already have practical experience in a comparable role.
  • You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
  • You convince with your friendly and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You can work conscientiously and detail-oriented even under time pressure.
  • You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • This position is initially limited to 1 year.
