Watch Your Health (WYH) is an InsurTech-enabled healthcare services company supporting insurers and corporates across the employee health insurance journey through structured processes, digital platforms, and service excellence.

As part of these engagements, WYH is hiring Client success Manager with experience in endorsements and refunds to provide dedicated operational support for leading insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients

Policy Servicing & Support

  • Support clients with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company guidelines in all client interactions

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide customized insurance solutions

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Conduct periodic client review meetings to assess satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
  • Prepare regular reports on client portfolios, service performance, and key metrics

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Insurance / Finance preferred)
  • 1–4 years of experience in client servicing, CRM, or insurance operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Good understanding of insurance products and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.

  • Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
